* Please note we will bill out of network to all other health plans.
* Please also note that generally all consultations and evaluations are covered by insurance. Hyperbaric dives for FDA approved conditions are also usually covered by insurance.
* We will work with each patient to devise a treatment plan that addresses their medical and financial needs. It is our policy to the best of our ability to accommodate all patients who seek Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy. Accordingly, we offer payment plans and other financial options for patients in the event they are not covered by insurance.
